They offer a very good service as far management goes. They respond fairly quick when you open maintenance tickets and make sure things are taken care. We have dealt with Faustina and she’s always quick to respond and follow up on any request we have. The app they have for taking care of the rent and anything is excellent.
Careful planning and professional handling of my particularly unusual property has paid off. It is now cleaned up, upgraded, and maxed out for good profits. Jaime Daniels is a pro!
