Glass came out in a timely fashion, assesed the problem and it was covered by my maintenance agreement. I'm pleased with this company
Eli handled the entire process after I made the appointment, beginning with a call and a text telling me when he would arrive. After that, he told me what I needed to know about choices and remedies for collateral damage from my water heater's large leak. Within three or four hours, including his picking up a replacement water heater and the related items, we were done. Tonight I'm celebrating with hot water, thanks to Eli and Daniel's.
They were very quick to reply and provided a comprehensive analysis of our cracked pipe. We received a few more quotes to compare and they were the most cost effective, and Eli did a great job of communicating throughout. Very professional and will definitely work with them again.
Julio and Aldo were great! Friendly and thorough service. They inspected the house house's plumbing and caught a major problem before it became an issue. Glad I called Daniels!
