30 minutes unclog drain. Over $500. Zero Warranty. Tech was supposed to call on the way. He did not. I called back because I hadn't heard from them. They reiterated he would call on the way. I get a call from the store that he finished. Never even told me he was coming. 30 MINUTES, $500
