Our hot water heater kicked the bucket on a holiday evening, so I left a message expecting to hear back the next day, and then have to wait a few days to get scheduled. The owner actually called me back the same night, and moved some things around to get us on the schedule for the next day. He sent Derek over that morning with a new tank, and it was installed and running within a couple hours. Derek had a great attitude and customer service. I've used Daniel's Plumbing in the past and he's been fairly responsive. I called him for a significantly leaky tub faucet days ago and after 3 days of promises to appear, he's now become unresponsive. Very unprofessional. While I understand contractors are busy, just say so. To lie and then completely disregard a problem that's costing me money on my water bill is unacceptable.
Hands down, Dan gets 5 big shiny stars. His prices are very competitive and his work is very clean and professional. Just give him a call because odds are, your gonna hire him.
