I love the truck that I bought, but the dealership called me nearly a week AFTER the deal was already funded to tell me that I gave them the wrong pay-off number for my trade and that I owed them more money. Wait, what? THEY sent the numberr to the bank to have it funded, they should have made sure that the accurate funding amount was sent to the bank. Now that I think about it, salesman Terry called me DAYS after the deal was funded wondering what bank my trade was even financed through. They apparently didn't even get that... read more
Friendly Staff. Easy process.
Have been here many times in the past and usually things go very well, except for the time it takes them to perform a service, even when you have an appointment. Today, however, i am wondering how professional they really are when someone has brought their dog to work and it has been barking non-stop for the last hour and everyone here just keeps walking around ignoring him. Did the owner just drop him off and leave?!?! Pretty unprofessional!
