The negative comments are unfortunately correct. Please take note and read them. Mrs. Hill Green gave me a few helpful pointers but other than that, she repeats her questions (which tells me she's not listening fully to the response) and seems to rush through appointments. And the receptionist hardly deserves a raise based on marginal demeanor. Don't go here for quality care. Go here if you like offices that smell like cooked food and poor ventilation. I highly enjoyed this practice. They were kind and considerate, until I had covid and a friend of mine reminded me this day, that I was sick, I tested positive for covid and Jean told me to come in and wear a mask. Not coming in if I'm sick. Moving fast forward I got a cancellation bill for $100 from 8 months ago. I got my call logs from T-Mobile I called in twice in July, and I did cancel my appointment on their answering machine asking if they can call me back but they did not. Dr Daniels has been my doctor for the last few months she's alright but seems to lack empathy into my MH issues whcih are TBI Brain injury MCI mild cognitive impairment PTSD and ADHD from an attempted murder DV in 2015. My issue isn't so much with her as it is her front desk staff. Who has an inflated ego and an exaggerated sense of self-importance down right rude. Dr. Daniel’s is about as ignorant and uncaring as well all about money. They bill my insurance, and then I had a past due, and she would not give me any refills without any adjustments without me paying off my past due, which was only $100 for multiple visits, but she wouldn’t even give me any refills, which is basically extortion from a doctor.
