Hello, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit. I came in to get my necklace repaired, which I understood was part of what I paid for. Unfortunately, I felt very disrespected during the interaction. When I explained why I was there, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive way and made to feel like my question was stupid. I recently purchased a beautiful three-ring set from Daniel’s Jewelers at the Glendale Galleria. During the purchase process, Mike was very friendly, helpful, and worked with us to get a great deal. At the time, the rings were a standard size 7, and I believed they fit correctly, so I took them home. A few days later, I returned to have the rings resized after realizing they were too large. Be careful about giving out your personal information. They may run your credit check without clearly informing you first. When I asked the manager why my credit was checked, he got upset by the question and blame me. I had previously purchased a ring from a different branch, so when he asked for my information, I assumed he was only looking up my customer records.
