I spent $1,100 on a watch and the bracelet as a gift. The following day I returned so I can make the bracelet smaller but I was told I would have to pay $45 to make the bracelet smaller. The bracelet cost $90 and yet they're trying to charge me half of the price of the bracelet just to make it smaller. The watch I bought was also $250 over what the actual company was selling it for online. I am coming back tomorrow to return the bracelet and this will be my first and last time ever doing business with this place.

I bought this chain and bracelets for myself. Went back and got this chain and cross for my grandson. I also got this pendant for myself. Then, I went back again to buy a birthstone necklace and earrings for my niece. I also got some awesome free jewelry from them. Want to thank Ely, Leslie, and July for all their help in making a decision with me. Definitely will be going back.

This is where I bought my first Rolex, when I first walked in and asked where the Rolex were the sales person (Riza) was immediately rude to me and asked me “ how old are you?” “ do you have a job? “ After I asked to see the watch she rudely asked “are you gonna buy it” she demanded my license and credit card, which I provided because I liked the watch.
