Savannah at the Mesa location was friendly and resolved my issue immediately. I was having a problem obtaining my free bday gift at the Phoenix Thomas location. The store manager kept misleading me, saying I needed to wait for the next shipment. I called the Mesa location...spoke to Savannah...and finally received my gift that ive been trying to get since June. And she also gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles with the other store. The experience was great and I was able to get the earrings I was looking for. Sierra was amazing, kudos.

I walked in with an idea, and they totally made it happen! 🤩 I worked with Sierra, Jasmine, and Madi on getting a new diamond for my wife's ring for our 15th anniversary, and it was amazing. People are decent but rings are NOT real gold. I purchased my 5th year wedding anniversary upgrade from this place (first time customer) I’m typically a Helzburg loyal customer decided to “try something new” BIGGEST MISTAKE I’VE MADE IN A LONG TIME. Purchase was July 2020 I started noticing my finger slowly turning dark after a couple of months wearing it (I’ve never used harsh chemicals while wearing the ring) so I’m not sure why I spent $1300 and my skin is reacting like this thing is sterling silver!
