I hope you don't get on the wrong end of their refund policies!! I got BONED! I wanted to surprise my wife with diamond stud earrings for her birthday. Leery of the mall jewelry stores, I gave the Superstition Mall a try. Daniel's had the best deal and it seemed safe enough. Savannah at the Mesa location was friendly and resolved my issue immediately. I was having a problem obtaining my free bday gift at the Phoenix Thomas location. The store manager kept misleading me, saying I needed to wait for the next shipment. I called the Mesa location...spoke to Savannah...and finally received my gift that ive been trying to get since June. And she also gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles with the other store.
