So unprofessional went to pick up a band I had ordered came a lot faster then expected, when I arrive the women gives me the band and basically says have a nice day so I question if they fit the bands the women tells me yes but that the watch guy isn’t there, ok whatever she tells me he would be back in 10, 10 minutes later still he is “late” then I come back again it’s a new lady and she tells me he is on lunch and to wait, 30 mins later the dude isn’t there I’ve spent a hour at the location.why would I want a band to my wa... read more

I Was looking to buy something for my brothers birthday and I have never bought jewelry before in my life. I never knew the difference between silver and gold other than the fact that they are two different colors. I want to give a 5 star review to Carlos for his great customer service and jewelry knowledge! I was definitely more at peace knowing I had someone that knew what I was looking for and that knew what they were talking about. Definitely made my first jewelry store experience a great one. Terrible customer service. One employee claimed to have worked in a watch shop for years yet had no knowledge or experience with a common jubilee watch bracelet. They said they didn't have the proper tools to fix it; when asked what the proper tools were, they said they had no idea and that I should go to Watsonville xD
