Bought a wedding ring and my husband a men’s band was having some obstacles with financing but overall they stuck with us for quite some time figuring things out and was able to make the purchase Christina and Savanah they were very helpful and the experience was 5 stars overall thank you and will buy in the future. ☺️

I came in looking for an engagement ring and had an okay experience, but the female associate didn’t follow up as promised and didn’t seem interested in earning my business. That ultimately led me to go to Zales instead. Unfortunately, the overall environment and professionalism didn’t feel aligned with the level of service you’d expect for such an important purchase. I had great service from a nice girl Gia but when I came back to buy what I wanted there was a rude and pushy manager there I wish I had gotten his name anyways due to his attitude I went somewhere else to buy what I was looking for.
