Damien from this shop was an absolute 11/10 salesman, he was extremely helpful wan really cared for what we wanted. Very friendly and communicative. He sealed the deal for us to buy our engagement rings and upsold other jewelry. 10/10 will be coming back for future purchases.
Very unprofessional took jewelry in through warranty that I paid for takes a very long time and I get different excuses from different people it’s not even done at the date that they said
