Went in cause my wedding ring is big had a issue they said they had a band to wrap around , the girl kept saying it's not gonna work , and you can order the stuff on amazon if I wanted to order from Amazon I would of done it !! 😑 I'm just seeing in the mean time what I can do so I don't lose my wedding ring I wanted to purchase other items but I'd rather go to a different location the service has changed so much I don't remember it being like this when my husband got my ring Your answer is not acceptable !! These people told me it would be done in a few days this was a gift for My girlfriend and I'm disappointed she's going back home with out it we pay money for these things to be done and bought we count on these stores to follow through just as we do with our payments
Mayra was wonderful and got me an excellent. Very friendly staff. Manger Liz was also wonderful. Overall great jewelry buying experience.
