Went in and asked if they could look at a piece I had to make into necklace for my daughter. They said no I asked if they could tell me if the stone was blue topaz she was like no. And they walked off. Went to Zales and they told me best way to make into a necklace and helped right away. My daughters were with me so we all felt uncomfortable But thanks to Zales for helping

Serbice is good but the product was garbage. Bought earrings that bent immediately, would not recommend shopping here. Go anywhere else with quality products. They overcharge for cheap product

I never had a problem before in the agreement was for the payment to be paid once a month and they come to find out they charged me earlier today. They said that my agreement was for twice a month and he told me to if I want to fix for once a month that I have to pay 16 something instead of that the bill is even higher than what I usually pay.
