My father always thought that this jewelry company were crooks and I have to say I agree ! I came in today looking for a small diamond cross necklace my birthday is February 1st ! they wanted to show me a diamond cross necklace that was extremely small for like 5600 I'm like no wat bye
Went in and asked if they could look at a piece I had to make into necklace for my daughter. They said no I asked if they could tell me if the stone was blue topaz she was like no. And they walked off. Went to Zales and they told me best way to make into a necklace and helped right away. My daughters were with me so we all felt uncomfortable But thanks to Zales for helping
