I am very pleased with my shopping experience in this location.I got 5 items,great deals and perfect customer service from Michelle and Grace. I bought a chain and diamond pendant here a while ago that cost me over a thousand dollars. I told the black guy that works here that persuades and pressures everyone to buy and tries to sell you everything that the choice of chain won’t fit the bail of the pendant so he ensured me that he can resize the opening so I said ok. He took my diamond pendant to the back and tried to stretch my hard, solid gold bail to fit the chain and left dings and dents in the gold.
