Don't ever get their warranty plan. It's a scam. They will give you the number to call to the warranty company when you want to use it and nobody will ever answer or call you back so it's impossible to use the warranty you paid them for.

This jeweler utilizes Synchrony Bank as their financing company (look up their 1 star rating on trust pilot). The sales rep will tell you that your purchase is “no interest” up to XX months. Read the fine print, it’s not no interest, it’s deferred interest (BIG Difference). At the end of the promotional period you’ll get a big fat finance charge of $1,000 or more. Buyer Beware!

Update.... even the owner could apologize for the situation as displayed below once again this company has zero integrity. They never offered to refund us our money. (We paid in cash) They just wanted us to keep coming back day after day until we couldn't return it anymore. I'm sure it was tactic for us to not be able to return the item. Who doesn't have $150 in their drawer , they could've gotten the money and asked us to come back the next day, but they did not.
