This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and treated like family. They truly care about helping you find the right piece and making sure you feel confident with your purchase. The jewelry is beautiful, the quality is impressive, and the prices are more than worth it. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Every time I pass by your store and that weird digital woman cut out thing starts talking. I freak out and have a small panic attack. I've hated it for years and I don't know how you guys think it's a good thing for your store.

The manager sealed the deal, then did not care about my need to size my ring. She also gave me a pair of super cheap bracelets that I took to the kiddie section of the local thrift store. Another item I will not go back to size my ring or buy the protection plan. I don't trust the Daniels Jewelry location in Ventura. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of my time.
