Ask for Priscilla! She was extremely helpful when my fiancé and I went in and were having an issue. She went above and beyond to satisty our needs and to accommodate us in every way she could. Bad customer service. After speaking with someone I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my ring there. No jeweler on site for repairs. Gets sent out..
