Purchased a ring cash went the next day less than 24 hours found a better quality and price elsewhere. They wouldn’t give me my cash back they said it takes a week to get a check. Why? I paid cash!!! A week later no check they said now 3-4 weeks to get a refund and they can’t guarantee it. WTF! Horrible place, the staff lies. Called corporate office in Culver City. They said it takes a couple of days for someone to call you back in order to file a complaint. Again WTF!!! Stay Away!!!
They were very kind when I came in to get my finger sized and didn't pressure me in to buying anything.
