I ordered a watch that was promised to be ready for Sunday pickup anytime after 3. I arrived at 330 and am told the watch is locked in the safe and the manager has the key and will not come in. The employee states I can come get it Monday morning. I ask for a discount or compensation of some kind and she offers a $50 gift card that can not be applied to my purchase.
