Very Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality – Prior to getting engaged there was a ring at this store that I just had to have and I couldn't find another one exactly like it any where else. So my husband bought it and within less than a year, one of the top four main diamonds cracked in it's setting. We bought a warranty but they refused to fix it saying that another jeweler caused the damage, which is 100% not true.
