Purchased a mattress about 80 days ago my wife says her back and her neck is starting to hurt so I’m having difficulty returning the mattress for a change out. They’re saying that I have to pay 250 for that which seems ridiculous. I was not told this when I purchased the mattressgonna go down to the store to talk to the assistant in the store. Loved that they had mattresses available, but I should be able to get what’s best for me and my family.
Pedro was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was informative and helpful n choosing the right fit for my family. Prices were incomparable. Came in a Box that made it easy for a smaller size person to handle alone! Highly recommend this location and company to anyone looking for a bed.
