Dan is a ture professinal at heart. He provides a touch of care and senserity in his work. He installed a two zone system that was professioanllly installed with a custom design duckwork to fit our needs at a reasonalble price. Honest and personable, he is what ever person would like to see in a professional. He is not of the average stock, but a cut above in job satifaction and quality of service. Extremely professional. Explained the problem in detail, gave options and followed up in a timely fashion with the agreed to solution.
Quick response. Dan correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and was over to fix it the same afternoon. More importantly, his price quote was only off by $10. He also took it upon himself to install a clamp which would likely prevent future water back-up problems. Needless to say, his business magnet is on my HVAC unit now!
Dan was the first to reply to my request (within minutes in fact!); the first to provide me an estimate and it was evident he was going to be conscientious about the job as well as with follow-up maintenance of our HVAC and heat pump in the years to come. He did all the work himself, communicated with us throughout the project and always arrived when expected. We were very impressed with Dan and the quality of his work.
