The customer service lady Vanessa is rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain that there was a missing part as the printed paper that the sofa come with shows. She was making it very difficult when I had sent over the photos and just said she did not receive it, so i sent it again and proceeded to say that they are closing. So i called the furniture store where i made the purchase and was told their warehouse does NOT close until 7pm and to return to the warehouse to pick up the part. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The girl answering the calls refused to give her name . She made this difficult for missing screws . All we needed were the screws and she gave me the hardest 4 hours of my life . I get it people have bad days, but I personally believe that you shouldn’t work in customer service if you aren’t going to have the proper attitude to help people .
