Other places told me the heat pump I wanted was impossible and quoted instead on what they wanted to sell me. Jeff had not only done it before, he put me in contact with previous clients and worked with me to figure out how to make it happen. The DHR team was in and out in a day and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate their patience, flexibility and competence as I bumbled through a less common project.
