I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the owner of this company. He sent someone out to bid a job, and on the day of the work his own technicians discovered the AC unit had not even been put in the correct location. They called the owner, who came to the site and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, even using profanity, while I was pregnant and due within two weeks.
