Tied to fill out their contact form and no matter how many times I entered a correct phone #, it kept saying "invalid number." They have a bug in their Contact Us section. Well, they lost me. If I cant even contact them electronically, there are several other places without this issue. They contacted me and let me know - that's good enough for me. However, access to a phone while at work isn't always easy or convenient.
