Ted Daniels and the team at DDR are a gift to the area! We are over joyed with the remodel of our single family home. We doubled the square footage, transforming a dated floor plan to a modern, functional, and welcoming home. The design and build process was clear, professionally executed, and fully transparent. I called Ted and we talked awhile and he was super receptive. My only problem was the upfront fee of $3400. So I called two other contractors and made appointment for them to visit my home. Both were not receptive at all and wanted to sell me some prefab design that I could not modify. Called Ted a second time and he laid out their design process and guaranteed that I would get exactly what I wanted.
