I moved my 2 kids and myself here in 2019. It was great for most of the time, minus the initial maintenance guy (Scott). I'm unsure how management didn't see that this guy was a drunk; definitely a danger to tenants. He was later fired. Their gym is tiny. They removed the trees near the pool, which provided some shade.
