I happen to love the house I live in, and when putting it up for sale have had a multitude of offers along with realtors lining up to show it. The quality of the work is excellent, the plan is unique and I have not seen any visible issues since we moved in 4 1/2 years ago. My kids are sad to see us build again, but we want an acreage. The first landowner we called for a lot was Jim Daniels, but he doesn t sell acres.

Daniels Construction does not stand behind their work. We had our house built over a year ago and there are still things that we are trying to get resolved with them. They will act like they will go out of their way for you when you are getting ready to purchase, but as soon as you sign the papers and hand over the check, they dont care about anything you have to say. I built with daniels constuction this past year 2010. They did a great job. I would recommend them at any time. We built a dream home with them and it turned out just as we planned.
As you can read from the other reviews, Daniels construction gets an "F" for people skills and they same for backing their work. I know, because we had a house built in 2003. They are the nicest people until they get your down payment, then they turn on you. We dealt with Gladys Daniels, and she eventually stopped talking with us, and had to deal with a secondary broker Daryl Huber to continue. I bought a house from Daniels Construction, which had a one year warranty on it. We have cracks in inside walls and drive way. Daniels Construction said that these do not warrent fixing. Stay away from this company. A neighbor of mine also has same complaint. They treat you nice until you sign the purchase papers then their rudeness and lack of standing behind their work and warrantees kick in! Stay away from this company.
