My mother used Daniel's Carpet Care when I was younger, so obviously when I bought my own home I continued the tradition. Mr. Daniels was flexible with my schedule and was prompt to answer any question I had prior to my appointment. He and his employee that serviced my home yesterday were on time, polite, and walked me through the process of what they would be doing while they were there. These guys exceeded my expectations for duct cleaning. Jim was flexible with scheduling my appointment. They were on time, professional, and polite. They walked me through the cleaning process and showed me pictures to ensure that I was informed. They even had to do a little extra work to make sure the job was done right, with no additional charge. No attempt to up-charge or sell other goods/services!!!
