If i could give 0 ☆ i would. When i 1st arrived there was 3 men standing at the front door. No one said anything as i approached. I asked are you gentlemen customers or do you work here. They pointed to one of the men (Mike),,Mike still not acknowledging that he even works there. Then i proceeded to ask Mike if they did State Insp. He said yes..i was having a one sided conversation with Mike, then a lady drove up in a truck & Mike walked off to help her. Had to rate after reading the battery rant. No one has ever paid $400 for a lawn mower battery. No one takes a riding lawn mower to a repair shop to put in a battery. That is a 100% do it your self install. If you can put gas in your mower-- you can replace a battery. If Daniels had done the shoddy work you should have taken them to small claims court instead of ranting on the YP website. Last time I checked only cost about $50 to file a small claim.
