So my experience was not with a store it has been with the web site for Daniels. Started the process on the 6th took my money on the 6th I understand business days but 6 days later my item still has not shipped even though I paid for expedited shipping was told yesterday by a gentleman on the phone that everything had been approved and item would ship out by 3:30 pm and still has not shipped. I would not recommend anyone coming to buy anything here. They are a scam. Sold me and my wife some jewelry that was way over priced. Went to get it looked at and the value was no where near what we paid for. On top of that they are trying to tell us we can't bring it back within the 10 day policy they have. Like I said out right scam
