We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Daniel’s Jewelers. Last year, we purchased our wedding bands from your store for one of the most meaningful and unforgettable days of our lives — our wedding. We trusted Daniel’s Jewelers to provide rings that would symbolize our marriage for years to come. This place is very clean nice customer service is great
I would not recommend anyone coming to buy anything here. They are a scam. Sold me and my wife some jewelry that was way over priced. Went to get it looked at and the value was no where near what we paid for. On top of that they are trying to tell us we can't bring it back within the 10 day policy they have. Like I said out right scam
I needed a repair on a wedding ring before Christmas arrived. I went in and spoke with Heather. She told me she would have to send the ring out to their Jewelers And get a quote for the repair and then they would reach back out to me. I didn’t really expect this to be able to get done before Christmas because I waited so last minute.
