I have been training with Danielly for over 2 years. I love how much stronger my body and mind have become from my accumulative sessions. And any time I may be having issues with my body, she is very conscientious and alters the routine as necessary to avoid injuries and keep me comfortable while still getting a beneficial workout. Another attribute I appreciate is her punctuality and dedication to her clients. She’s not just my trainer; she’s now also my friend.
