The staff and doctor lack the communication and listening skills needed to satisfy customers. I also feel they are evasive and if I hadn’t already signed a contract, I would not hesitate to find a different facility. Even after filing a formal complaint with the BBB, the doctor, not knowing all of his facts, accused me of not being there for the initial consultation for my daughter... even when MY personal card was used for payment and I signed for it.
