Webform for making appointment didn't work. Spent 23 mins getting bounced around various members of staff to try and make an appointment. Each transfer i had to start again to supply same details, answer same questions. Gave up after 3rd transfer if this is the process for booking an appointment then zero confidence in the care they'll provide.

My experience with ENT and Audiologist Danielle has been awesome. They are very professional and attentive. Danielle answers all my questions and has been able to help me feel comfortable. Shes up to date with the technologies and accessories for hearing aids. I would definitely recommend everyone to Danielle and ENT.
