She is gentle, thorough and precise. I have no fear when she works on my neck. Her support staff is amazing. I insist on weekly care but she tries to stretch out my visits to every ten days or two weeks, so I know she is not trying to exploit me financially. I do physical work and every week seems to be necessary in my case. I regards her as more than a friend or doctor.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Dr. Rice and her staff couldn't have been more helpful. I have been extremely safisfied with my care and progress. I would highly recommend her.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.
