Dr Marshall's great, plan to be left on hold for 30+ mins though 40+ now, I'm going to update again once I actually can talk to someone. Final count was 56mins on hold. I can only hope it's because they're understaffed.
Dr Marshall listens well and is very caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Marshall’s for the past 3+years. I needed a form filled out by my PCP & when it was dropped off for me this morning, the person dropping off was told that I’m no longer with her. I called her office immediately and asked to speak with her nurse. Person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me the same thing, when I asked why she said the reason was that I missed too many appointments & that a letter was mailed out to me this last August informing me of this new news.
