I get this is a nonprofit. But people come to you when they need help and don't really have the money. Some like myself didn't want to go this direction. But when you make an appt. with someone at a certain time, it would be nice to keep it. I myself have waited over 45mins for a meeting that was at 2pm. and yet to hear from ANYWAY. YOU are still professionals, this looks very bad and is frustrating! poor playing on your part!
I was approved for expungement... left 6-8 messages and still no response... unbelievable...
