Very thorough and detailed. Has common sense and is kind. Kept in high esteem by my other doctors. I was 30mins late due to a significant morning pileup on the freeway. She still made time for me!
Established patient of the practice. My doctor left and they didn’t have another doctor coming. Need to come in for a quick shot for my out of control acne and this practice won’t do it. The old doctor would fit me in when I had this problem. Now, they have a new doctor and they consider me a new patient and I have to wait 4 months to be seen! Horrible patient care. As in, they don’t care.
The front office is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They called to reschedule an appointment that was booked 5 months in advance one week before the appointment. The day of the appointment, when the appointment was canceled due to a truck fire blocking both major highways they refused to reschedule me for a year. Not at all impressed.
Best Derm I have ever had. Very thorough, cares about you, very professional.
