I'm pleased to share my experience with Dr. Danielle M. Lo with regard to my eyes surgery. Dr. Lo has consistently shown high levels of competence and understanding of my needs. Her emphaty and bedside manners have made the treatment and the surgery seem simple. I'm very grateful to Dr.Lo and her very efficient staff for making this experience a positive one.
Dr. Danielle Lo and her staff are pleasant to work with and caring, but the wait time was unbearable. When I met with Dr. Lo, I learned the long wait time was because they were short staffed. It would be greatly appreciated if clients were told this when they sign in and told they will be seen much later than their scheduled appointment.
