There just to busy and understaffed. Went for hearing test. Purchased hearing aids. Never heard from them so when we called ( after 2 months ) we were told the hearing aids had come in. We made an appointment for a month later- as soon as one was available- We had to cancel that appointment because we were testing maybe - maybe not on the gov supplied Covid test kits.
