Dr. Desrochers has been my PCP for many years. She is very professional and caring about you. I feel like she's my body mechanic, sometimes I have to initiate the call, but sometimes she reaches out for routine maintenance (testing, etc) too. I know I can always contact her or her team when I'm in need of care. She listens to you.
I am an RN and I absolutely trust dr. Desrochers and am so happy with her skills and kindness. She truly has a holistic view of medicine and I am so grateful for her care.
BEWARE! This nurse was very rude, sarcastic, and frankly just mean. She is very likely burning and turning virtual appointments for a quick buck. Her camera was zoomed in all the way so you could not see her likely multiple computers running simultaneous virtual platforms. She also gave me a fake ph# when I asked to escalate due to her rudeness and lack of caring. This is an amazing doctor and human! Very caring, and listens and explains everything to you. Does not keep looking at her clock. SHE truly wants to help people. After 34 days of being very ill, she has gave me hope of a resolution.
