Dr. Brower will cancel on you the same day as your appointment because she’s “sick” every time. Not a coincidence anymore because I had 4 appointments cancelled consecutively that I’ve been waiting for. I’m honestly not sure what’s going on. Time to look for a new PCP doctor.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Brower’s office. After waiting a month for my appointment, requesting PTO from work, and rearranging my schedule, I arrived on time only to find the office dark and closed, with signs about relocating to another part of the city. When I scheduled the appointment, I was never informed about the move. A nurse eventually told me that Dr. Brower had called out for the day. Dr doesn’t have a lot of personality and somewhat odd. Other reviews r scary. I am not sure how knowledgeable or how much i trust. I am not saying that she is bad just not a favorite Dr of mine. I have mixed feelings on capabilities/friendliness/knowledge. U can get an appointment very quick but then that says something too when the practice (she is now with Optum) never seems to have any patients in the waiting room and has a lot of openings for appointments. My guess is if her bedside manner was more personable, her rating... read more
