I got ripped off. My awning ripped. I called Danieli to replace four faded panels of my awning. The Danieli people talked me into buying a new system for the new panels. I was told the new one would last nearly forever. I waited months to get my custom awning system, and when it arrived, the installer put them up and found the four panels were too short. Instead of redoing the awning, he added 5" tabs with four holes at one end so that the awning panels could hook on to the house and keep it taut. It was just some 4-holed ta... read more
