Dr. Rottkamp did a wonderful job meeting with me about the results of my thyroid ultrasound. She explained the potentially alarming number, rechecked my condition and was reassuring that there is nothing of great concern at this time. She also took a very thoughtful and intelligent interest in my health more broadly. She paid close attention and clearly cared. She was efficient without the consultation feeling rushed.
