I cannot say enough great things about Daniela. My wife and I had to move quickly due to some medical issues. We found Daniela and her partner Mark as she has a lot of experience selling homes in our area. Update: We have also cought several lies about work she claimed was performed on the house before listing it. Do not trust this woman. Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Daniela as the sellers agent for a home we purchased. Throughout my home purchase, communication was frustrating and delayed; responses were dragged out for weeks at a time in some circumstances. Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Daniela as the sellers agent for a home we purchased. Throughout my home purchase, communication was frustrating and delayed; responses were dragged out for weeks at a time in some circumstances. Regardless of the sellers' stance, the agent has a responsibility to facilitate a respectful and timely process. I felt completely disregarded for honoring what is the right thing to do in a transaction, and would advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional experience.
I had a wonderful experience working with Daniela on my first home purchase. She was incredibly helpful, always available, and went above and beyond to guide me through the process. I could tell she truly cared. You're in good hands with Daniela!
