Dr. Menichella stood up my spouse for two appointments with lengthy waiting periods for the rescheduling. She was especially rude when presented with lab findings ordered by a different physician and said that perhaps “you should work with that doctor instead” rather than have a discussion and provide any opinion on the findings. She also does not address the information or concerns sent to her via email in preparation for her virtual appointments. Truly lacks humanity and has a poor sense of what it is to provide “CARE”.
Granted that she is recognized as a leader in CMT, concern shown to patients by her office lacks humanity. I waited nearly a year to see her. That’s how far out she is booked. However, 1 week prior to my long awaited appt I was told she couldn’t make it so I was given another 1/2 year wait! And not even with her, but an associate. I am afraid that this doctor needs some training in humanity.
