Dr. Spitzer and team truly listen, give you time and put you at ease. Dr. Spitzer will make sure you get what you need. I have faced many doctor's who have brushed me off or didn't listen at all. Dr. Spitzer and her staff, particularly Laura, are the best.
Dr. Spitzer and her staff are terrific. Everyone listens, is patient with the patients, and my concerns were heard and answers given. I am so fortunate to have found Dr.Spitzer and her team. I feel seen and heard. When I call the office, I am not on hold forever as was the case with my former group. Consultation referrals? I was phoned within minutes of Dr. Spitzer making the referral. I am very pleased with the NY Presbyterian group and with Dr. Spitzer.
All good, plenty of time to discuss all issues. Dr. Spitzer has a good working knowledge of my health care needs and is thoughtful and professional. Her assistant (Laura?) is also great.
