Dr Yao is extremely nice, professional, experienced and gentle. I would recommend him to anybody! I am so grateful to have found him.
Dr. Yao is very patient , warm, and caring to discuss my problem in detail so that he gets a full picture of my status of sickness. He is also fully knowledgeable to explain different options for treatment, and compare the pros and cons for these options. He takes timely action to start key important tests for clarifying some major issue, which helps to decide the next step for treatment. Dr. Yao is excellent. I messaged him about a procedure I had consulted with him about. He returned the message within minutes (not days) and I saw him by video conference the next day to get answers to some questions. I got clear and concise answers to the questions I had. His office called me the next day to schedule the procedure and follow-up. Dr. Yao and his office are to be commended on efficient service and prompt response!
Dr Yoa is a superior urologist and a formidable surgeon. I am a doctor myself and came down all the way from Alaska to be operated by him. His surgical skills are excellent and he's very knowledgeable and up to date. The two most valuable assets for any doctor would be medical knowledge /skills and Bedside manners. I happily give him 10 out of TEN !
