As an RN I have worked with doctors from all over the world. (Including Cornell and Stanford) Dr Yao is one of the best. He gives detailed information and listens closely to patients concerns.. His staff reflects his kindness and care. THANK YOU!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Yao for six years and I can't think of a doctor more caring and rich in bedside manners. He's an excellent physician!
Difficult to describe when everything goes perfectly. The man has excellent bed-side manners, a great and positive attitude, he doesn't look at his watch when you're talking to him, and obviously his skills as a surgeon speak for themselves.
