I had the opportunity to work with Samira to find tenants for two apartment units. She proactively followed up with me with status updates. In addition, she provided her market expertise by offering recommendations to facilitate a successful outcome. When I am in need of her services again, I will not hesitate to reach out to work with her.
I would not recommend Daniel Woods Real Estate Properties as they fail to meet today's standards in their renovations and force renters insurance upon tenants also making additional payments that’s not rent. The company lacks professionalism, prioritizing personal feelings over business, and I would advise staying away from their properties. Rent from Daniel Wood? I WOOD not… Pun intended
