This review was re posted from my first time i used this company which was a great experience. I just moved in August of 2026 and this time around was a complete different story.lost alot of money was completely mislead about certain loans that may be difficult for the buyers to obtain.well we were never told.Now that I see my great post up on these reviews twice it really just explains that this company knew we got the short end of the sale and even lied about it. Dan and Nicole Witt are a fantastic couple to work with. I contacted Dan to plan the sale of our family home in Coopersburg. After I moved into a condominium closer to my children, Dan and Nicole gave me guidance on a quick sale. They offered a settlement timeline, numbers of people I could reach out to for handyman repairs, downsizing, moving, etc. Our family home listed for 5 days and we settled on a terrific offer with a quick settlement.
