Daniel is awesome.
I had issues with my starter today which caused me to be stuck in the McDonald's parking lot. I called the office and they informed me that I am covered with roadside assistance. I am getting my car towed home at no charge. I still have to get my car fixed but everyone from the agents to the dispatch has been helpful in getting me through this mess.
